British Library Visit (Treasures and building) - Tuesday 3 March 2026 (Sold out)

Place:

British Library, Euston Road, London.

We are organizing a guided tour of the British Library for a group of Scriveners, followed by lunch at the library, on Tuesday 3rd March 2026. The visit will comprise of a tour of the building which was opened in 1998 and a tour of the Treasures currently on show. It is expected to take about 1 ½ hours altogether starting at 11 30 am. Past Master Giles Cole took a party of Scriveners on a tour of the British Library about 10years after the building was opened and this was greatly enjoyed at the time. There have been some significant changes since that time and the tour has altered, so this promises to be a very interesting visit.
