1. Members of the public who have a complaint about the professional work of a Scrivener Notary and who are unable to resolve matters with the Scrivener Notary may then complain to The Scriveners Company.
The Company will also consider complaints made against former Scrivener Notaries and General Notaries who work with Scrivener Notarial firms. Please write (but do not enclose any original documents) with full details of your complaint to the following address:
