Annual Quill Pen Lunch, November 2024

The Quill Pen Lunch took place at Mansion House, where the Master presented the Lord Mayor, Alderman Alastair King, with the quill pen with which he signed himself into office, and the Lady Mayoress, Florence King, with a Scriveners’ fountain pen. The Company also presented a donation to the Lord Mayor’s Appeal from the Sexcentenary Charity. This is a key event in the Company’s calendar, allowing us to meet the Lord Mayor and Lady Mayoress at the very start of his year in office, and everyone present enjoyed a splendid event in exceptional surroundings.
