Visit to LXX Squadron, October 2024

At the invitation of the Officer Commanding LXX Squadron, Wg Cdr Nicholas Stringer, a group of Scriveners and guests were able to visit LXX Squadron at RAF Brize Norton on Thursday 24 October. This included a brief on the Squadron’s recent activities, tour of an A400, sessions in the aircraft simulator, and lunch in the Officers’ Mess. This afforded a a unique insight into the squadron’s daily activities and the rare opportunity to experience flying the A400 will live long in the memory. Many thanks to Wg Cdr Stringer and his team for the time and effort on their part in organising an excellent day for us.
