Scriveners' Company in Hong Kong - June 2026

We are pleased to have been engaged once again by the Hong Kong Society of Notaries, to assist in the setting and marking of examinations for prospective notaries in that jurisdiction.

The Company has been running a course in notarial practice and bills of exchange, which has included online course materials and individually assessed work.

Course Director Iain Ostrowski-Rogers and Notarial Deputy Jonathan Coutts are now in Hong Kong, providing face-to-face tuition.  Three hundred students (divided into six cohorts) have been tackling practical notarial problems over two days and learning from our Scrivener Notaries.

We are proud of our long professional tradition of engagement with other legal jurisdictions and traditions and sharing expertise.
