This was the annual lunch when the Master presented the new Lord Mayor with the quill pen with which he signed himself into Office, and the Lady Mayoress with a Scriveners’ fountain pen. As is customary, the Company also made a donation to the Lord Mayor’s Appeal from our Sexcentenary Charity.

The Master and Wardens joined the Senior Liveries Float. After assembling at Ironmongers’ Hall, they walked to Carmen’s Hall (the lunch point) as part of the Lord Mayor’s Show, and then back to Mansion House.
